What is the rating of the top receiver? Im looking for a method to temporarily add a winch via a winch cradle when towing the Uhaul auto trailer and it looks promising.

I have a recommendation for you Kevin as the top receiver on the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount # D210 is only designed to carry the load of a hitch mounted accessory. It is not rated for a line pull like you will have with a winch. The receiver itself does not have a specific tongue load rating but the entire assembly should not have more than 750lbs of total tongue weight between the trailer and hitch mounted accessory.
The Gen-Y Phantom X Adjustable Ball Mount w/Stacked Receivers # GY99VR will allow you to place the ball mount in one receiver and the winch in another.
