Can The 66" Awning Arm Assemblies Be Replaced With The 63" Arm Assembly # LC404523
Question:
I have a damaged idle arm which measures 66. This size is no longer available so can I replace it with a 63inch with the opposite side being 66inch or do I have to replace both?

Expert Reply:
We really cannot recommend using one 63" arm and one 66" arm, as this would make the arms uneven, and it could create excessive stress on the shorter arm. If one of your 66" arms has been damaged, you will need to replace both arm assemblies with the 63" arms # LC404523.
