Wiring Kit to Install Curt Echo In-Line Brake Controller on a 2024 Toyota Highlander with OEM 4-Way

Question:

2024 Toyota Highlander The vehicle has a 4 pin, with hitch, but I wish to change from 4 to 7 pin wiring. The brake controller I will be using is the Curt ECHO In-Line with bluetooth. The controller utilizes USCAR adaptors. Which 4 pin to 7 pin harness would you recommend to use?

Hey Danial!

The Curt Echo In-Line # C79DR will be able to install on your 2024 Toyota Highlander if you use the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 to upgrade your OEM 4-Way.

The ETBC7 kit gives you everything else you need to get the Echo working properly, including wiring and circuit breakers. I'm attaching an installation video of this kit on a 2019 Highlander for your reference.
