Can The Checkerboard Vinyl Flooring TS36FR Be Used In A Utility Trailer Or Car Trailer

Question:

I have a utility trailer that is 8 and 1/2 wide by 24 ft long. I would like to put the black and white checkered squares vinyl flooring. Most of your reviews State they put it in an RV, can I put it in a utility trailer and will the vinyl flooring hold up? I will transport an occasional car and mostly moving items from houses. Thanks Robert

Yes, you can absolutely use the Checkerboard Vinyl Flooring # TS36FR in a utility trailer or car trailer. The polyvinyl flooring material is highly durable. We often see this used for utility trailers such as yours, so it is not exclusively for RV use. It is made to resist automotive chemicals and other spills, so there will be no problems with transporting a car occasionally. The flooring is also thick enough to where it will be very difficult to tear or gouge, even if you are moving heavier larger items. You will just need to get some good wood or metal adhesive such as part # TS86FR to secure to the subfloor.

I have linked our review and installation video for this flooring below if you want a look.
