MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus - Buttons On Fan Work But Remote Does Not. Is There A Fix?
Question:
Replaced circuit board. Fan and buttons on fan work fine but remote isn’t working. Is there a fix for this?

Well Vinnie it sure sounds like you have a bad remote since the fan is working fine with the manual controls. You have replaced the battery in the remote yes? Other than that you can try holding the remote up close to the fan to see if you get any response. Beyond that there really is no fix for this other than replacing the remote. The correct replacement remote for the MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus is as follows:

Ok thanks for the response. The remote worked before I replaced the circuit board and the remote itself still turns on. It just seems like it isn’t communicating with the fan itself. I’ll try holding it up close and if that doesn’t work I’ll order the new remote. Thanks for your help.
