I don't see why the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e25GR wouldn't work with a 3" c channel trailer frame. You'll just want to make sure that the hub face to hub face on your current axle is 60", and your spring seat to spring seat is 48".
Also, this axle will work with 8" to 14" wheels, has a 2,000 lb capacity, a 1 3/4" diameter, and has a 4 on 4 bolt pattern.
