Does Hayes Brake Controller Slide In from Front or Back with Hayes Mounting Bracket # HA81793B

Hi, do you slide controller in from back? I have a Hayes Energizer 3 controller. Thanks Tom

The Hayes brake controller bracket # HA81793B was designed to have the controller slide in from the front. There's a lever on the side of your Hayes Energize III part # HA81742B that would prevent it from being able to slide in from the back. So you would need to unplug the controller, slide it in from the front, and then replug the controller back in.
