Since you have that harness with your 2018 Ford Transit 250 you may have the wiring for a tow package and just not have the connector on the back. You can look behind your rear bumper for a round connector like the # 20147. If you have this you can simply plug in the Connector # HM40975 to have both a 7-way and 4-way on the back of your Transit.
The connector for the brake controller is going to be located under the cup holders on your center console. This would allow you to splice in the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED44FR you found.
If you cannot find any factory connectors or wiring behind your rear bumper it doesn't make sense to use the connector since the wiring doesn't go to the rear of the vehicle. Instead you can still install Controller # RED44FR with wiring Kits # C56327 and # ETBC7. This will give you a functioning 7-way and the wiring needed for the controller.
