While you are going to have to special order your axle as it is a uncommon size we do not carry, I can help you with the leaf springs and U-bolts. We do have the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # e54SR but do note these are 25-1/8" long rather than 25-1/4". The 1/8" difference is not going to cause you any issues as the shackles will take care of the minor difference in length.
We have the U-bolts in a Zinc and Galvanized Kit # CE23002 or Painted # APUBR-1. Clearly the Zinc and Galvanized kit will last longer and is going to be a better option if you live in an area that uses road salt or is close to an area with salt water.
