The best option for adding tire chains to the 275/60R20 tires on your 2023 Chevy Suburban is by using the Konig K-Summit Tire Chains # KON24FR. These are a unique style of tire chains in that they secure by fastening to a lug nut and the chains only sit on the tread of the tires - they don't extend to and wrap around the back end of the tire facing towards your vehicle.

This is actually really important because in the online owner's manual for your vehicle it states not to use chains on 275/60R20 tires because there isn't any clearance on the inside of the tire. If you were to use standard chains they would chew up brake lines, electrical parts, or who knows what else.
