Is There a Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Solution that Can Work with Truck that Has Gooseneck Hit

Hello, just wanted to see if this kit will fit in conjunction with my Curt hidden gooseneck hitch that is already installed on my Ram 2500 Diesel 4wd Short bed crew cab?

Fifth wheel hitches and gooseneck hitches cannot be installed at the same time as they both attach to the truck frame in the same place. If you can get me the pin box model on your trailer I could get you a pin box replacement gooseneck adapter but otherwise you could go with the Convert a Ball part # CAB-C5G which attaches to the pin box of your trailer and then gives you a gooseneck coupler for the ball in your truck bed.
