While I do not have a way to look up what parts are installed on your 2014 Forest River Cedar Creek 34RLSA I can help you find the correct parts. The easiest way is if you can take a picture of the axle tag I will be able to contact Dexter or Lippert to verify what parts they installed from the factory. This tag will be on the back side of the axle near the axle center.
Based on information I could find online it shows your Cedar Creek has a GVWR of 14,085 with a tongue weight of 2,085 so that most likely means you are going to have tandem 6,000lb axles. This would mean if you have a Dexter axle with the Nev-R-Adjust Brakes # 23-458-459 already you would be able to find those part numbers(23-458, 24-459) stamped into the backing plate or on the information sticker on the inside portion of the backing plate. These same assemblies will also fit a Lippert 6,000lb axle with the 12" x 2" drum brakes.
Please let me know what you find Tod and I'll be happy to help you verify these are the correct parts you need.
