Bracket Dimensions For Mounting Kit for Rhino-Rack Batwing and Foxwing Awnings # RR31103

Hello, I am interested in an awning for my 2014 4runner and I was wondering what is the measurements for the awning mounting kit #RR31103. The gap between my roof rack and the roof of the vehicle is about an inch and I am not sure if the bracket will fit underneath that. I have attached a photo for what measurements I am looking for. I attached some pictures of my roof rack and roof top tent and I am concerned that the bracket and awning wont fit due to the tight fitment. What would you recommend? I was hoping to attach the bracket under the rack because there are tubes running the width of the roof rack where the post are that connect the 2 parallel tubes and use the U bolts to tie it down.
