Determining The Correct Replacement Mattress For A 2017 Forest River R-Pod 171
Question:
Hi, I was looking at replacement mattresses for my my 2017 rpod 171. However I cant find the weight of any of them listed on your website. My current one is about 30 lbs and I dont want to go too much above that. Also, Im not exactly sure of the size - your site says they are 60x75 but the specs of the rpod seem to say 60x74.

The etrailer eDream Deluxe RV Mattress # e84FR has a shipping weight of 102lbs but about 3-5lbs can be accounted for with the packaging. These mattresses are going to be quite a bit heavier than the OEM mattresses simply because there's more put into these to help make your comfort level as close to your mattress at home. To determine the correct size it's best to measure the bed frame to see exactly how much space you actually have and then start looking for the mattress. The # e84FR is 13" tall with 5" of foam layers and 8" of pocket coils for a total height of 13".
