Safest Tires for 2017 Vanleigh Valano 5th Wheel

Good Afternoon Expert, I have a 2017 Vanleigh Valano and was wondering what is the safest rated tire I can put on my 5th wheel. 5th wheel specs - GVWR 16K, Dry Wight 12,500, Cargo Carry 3,500. Currently running Sailun S637 ST235/80R16 load range G and they seem to do a great job. I called Vanleigh and they originally came with Westlake 235/85R16 load range G. I do understand the difference in height which does not bother me, I am more concerned about safety. I am open to your opinion on what is the safest and best tire to run with.

The safest tire we carry for 16" wheels is going to be the Westlake # LHWL410. This is the same 235/85R16 tire that originally came with your trailer. These Westlake tires have great traction and a high level of durability. They also come with a 5-year warranty and 2 years of complimentary roadside assistance.

However, since what you actually asked for was my opinion on the safest and best tire I will give it to you. The Goodyear Endurance is the best option out there. Although we are not carrying them at this time, Goodyear lives up to their name and truly makes quality trailer tires you can rely on.
