Can The Crossbar Be Removed From The Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar
Question:
I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Is has the 521453-4 base plate installed. I also have a Falcon-2 tow bar. I would like to direct connect the tow bar to the base plate without the crossbar. I have the necessary attachment bars that turn and lock into the base plate. Will this work?

Since you have a crossbar-style baseplate with the # RM-521453-4 you would need to fill out the # RM-ARMS form linked below and reach out to Roadmaster to get replacement direct-connect arms in order to drop the crossbar. Once the arms are replaced you'll be able to take the crossbar off the Falcon 2 and just use the quick-disconnect attachment points on the tow bar to connect directly to the baseplate.
