For your 2007 Nissan Pathfinder we currently do not offer any custom slip-on towing mirrors, but I may have a solution for you.
I recommend the K-Source Universal Towing Mirror, part # KS3891. This mirror clips to the edge of your factory mirror and can adjust to fit mirrors that have varying thicknesses. It will fit most mirrors from 4-1/2 to 11-1/2 inches tall. Since these are sold individually, if you need mirrors for the driver side and the passenger side, you will need to order a quantity of 2.
