According to what I can find in the online user guide, a 2020 Grand Design 2670MK does have electric drum brakes on both axles. So, it would be as you said a total of 4 brakes with 2 on each side. Some older models did have brakes on only one axle, but the 2020 and newer models should have brakes on both axles. You can easily verify this by just looking underneath and looking at each hub. If there are brakes, you will see the hub and drum assembly with two wires coming off of the backing plate, otherwise it would just be an idler hub with no backing plate or wires coming off of it.
Are you looking for new brakes? If so, we can set you up. Our records indicate that the 2020 Grand Design 2670MK uses two 4,400 lb rated axles. You should be able to check the axle tag to confirm this. If it is the 4.4K axle, the # K23-462-463-00 will be the correct brake assemblies. They are sold as a pair.
