It looks like you are going to need to take your 2015 Mercedes-Benz C400 4Matic to a custom fabrication shop to see if they will be able to fabricate a receiver using the Weld-On Receiver # E17. I do not see that anyone manufactures a custom fit receiver for your Mercedes.

The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT will allow you to add a 4-way flat connector without splicing into your factory tail lights. This is the connector most commonly found on small trailers and it will allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 should you have a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
