Will Curt C16411-204 Fifth Wheel Brackets Install on 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 Without Drilling

2015 chevy 2500hd 8ft bed will this fit without drilling on frame?

According to the instructions for the Curt # C16411-204, there will be no drilling required to attach the brackets to the truck frame. The bolts that attach the brackets use existing holes.
However, you will need to drill holes down through the bed to attach the bed rails to the frame brackets. I've linked you to the instructions for your review.
You might also want to install a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed. I'd recommend part # 41157. I've linked you to a video showing the trailer connector being installed. There's also a link to an install video showing the # C16411-204 being installed on a 2016 GMC Sierra. The procedure for your Silverado will be identical.
