Can the Camco Replacement Logs Be Used with Gel Gas
Question:
Hi. Could this log set be placed on top of cans of gel fuel so that the flames would rise from the holes? I had a set of real flame logs that accommodated, four cans of gel fuel but, alas, a tree fell on top of my fire pit and destroyed the logs and that particular item from real flame is no longer available so I’m hoping this will work in its place. Thank you.

Yes, the Replacement Logs for Camco Big Red Portable Gas Campfire # CAM58037 can be used with gel fuel. This is a replacement part for the Camco Big Red Portable Gas Campfire w/ 10' Long Hose # CAM58035, which uses a standard LP gas cylinder, however.
