Is It Better To Go With Like Branded Tow Bars And Baseplates Over Using An Adapter

My all terrain serial number is 603946. Would I be better off buying a roadmaster baseplate vs buying the blue ox baseplate with adapters?

Hey Andy,

The Roadmaster adapters # RM-031 and # RM-031-5 would only have to be installed one time and would then remain on the tow bar so it really isn't a huge deal going with a Blue Ox baseplate and Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar. If you weren't wanting to have to buy an adapter then yes, you would want to go with a Roadmaster baseplate as well. The adapters shouldn't take more than a half hour to install so it's really up to your comfort level with tools. Since your serial number is 603946 you would need the # RM-031-5.
