What Info Is Needed to Pick Out a Weight Distribution System
Question:
In about a month lll have constuction start on a customized, 28 ft., tandem axle, bumper pull travel trailer. The torsion axles will be at least 6,000 lbs. each and maybe 7 or 8K. The trailer will have a flat nose. I know Ill need a weight distribution hitch. What else would you recommend for towing and overall operating safety? Thanks,

When you say it will have a flat nose does that mean it won't have an A-frame setup or do you mean that it's not a v-nose style? That said, the best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off the loaded tongue weight of the trailer. You didn't really give me enough info to determine that so you'd still need to figure that out.
For example the Equal-i-zer part # EQ37100ET would be great if you tongue weight was between 600-1,000 lbs.
