Shank Recommendation for Weight Distribution that Needs 5 inch Rise
Question:
I recently purchases a travel trailer with a tongue weight of 500lbs and GVWR of 4,500lbs. I drive a 2016 F150 Supercrew with the Max tow package so the ability to pull the trailer is not an issue. The dealer set me up with a sway bar which is fine but the tongue of the trailer is about 5 taller than the hitch height of my truck 24 1/4 vs 19 1/4. What is the best solution to level out the truck to trailer?

You would need to a weight distribution shank that can provide the 5 inches of rise that you need so your trailer can be towed level. For that we have the Reese shank part # RP69FR which would work great for that.
