Recommended Tire Chains for a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 w/ 275/60-R20 Tires

Question:

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT pick up truck thats 4 wheel drive. Im driving to Nashville, TN from Augusta, GA on January 25th and want to get chains just in case. What do you recommend? I tried to find them on your website but my tire size, 275/60R20 was not listed under the vehicle information.

I have a set that will work, however your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500's owners manual says not to use tire chains because of clearance issues on the inner part of the tires.

To avoid damaging brake lines and suspension pieces on the inside of your Sierra's wheel wells you'll need to use the Konig K-Summit Tire Chains item # KON24FR. The reason you can get away with using these is because they have a unique design where they mount on your tires using one of the lug nuts for the wheel. This mounting method eliminates the need for a chain on the back side of the tires.

The Konig K-Summit Tire Chains item # KON24FR are sold as a pair. I have linked an installation video below that will show you how to get them set up. I highly recommend practicing installing these before you actually need to use them.
