Troubleshooting Progressive Dynamics 4100 Series AC/DC Distribution Panel DC 40A Fuse Blowing
Question:
I have installed this 4135kw power converter! AC side works fine, DC side keeps blowing the 40 amp fuse! I have a lithium battery connected and switched the switch! I read I might need a jumper? Not sure if that will work or what a jumper would be!

If you have the Progressive Dynamics 4100 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel # PD4135K switched to the "On" position then it will be geared up correctly to charge your lithium battery bank. You won't need that jumper since this has the switch.
You didn't mention checking how much power is going through that circuit so that's definitely the first thing you need to check. When a fuse keeps blowing it means you're either pulling too much power through that circuit or you have a bad ground that needs to be fixed.
Once you've checked both of those things, if you're still having issues then I recommend taking your rig to a qualified electrician so they can poke around and see what might be going on.
