Can Air Lift Suspension Enhancement Kit Compensate for Worn Out Suspension Components

Will the Air Lift AL 60806 help raise up a 2007 Nissan Quest with sagging worn springs that cause the rear to sit low, back to original ride height?

Suspension enhancement kits like the Air Lift part # AL60806 weren't designed to fix sagging worn out suspension. This kit can remove the sag like you mentioned but with the amount of air pressure required to do this you'd have a pretty rough ride quality. Best option would be to fix the vehicle's suspension and then go with the Air Lift kit if you need additional support.
