Can The Kat's Heaters Battery Heating Pad Be Used In Temperatures Above 32 Degrees

Does the battery heating pad have the same operational limits as the wraps? Not to be used above 32 degrees?

The Kat's Heaters Battery Heating Pad # KH22500 does not have a built in thermostat so it will continue to heat as long as it's plugged in so it's recommended by the manufacturer that you unplug it when temperatures are above 32 degrees.
