I have a grill guard from a 2010 Yukon but I own a 2009 Sierra 1500 will the grill guard fit ?

No, the 2010 GMC Yukon and the 2009 GMC Sierra do not use the same grille guard unfortunately. If you are in need of a grille guard for your 2009 GMC Sierra 1500, we recommend the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-2295. This is the black powder coated grille guard and installation hardware/brackets are included.
