Will The Ford TPMS Sensors Work With A 15" 5 Lug Lionshead Trailer Wheel?

Question:

I have contacted Lionshead but they referred me to etrailer I bought a 2022 KZ 241BHK in May 2023 Im looking to add the Ford Trailer TPMS to my camper. Ford states that their sensors only fit a wheel with J-type flange wider than 3.5in and a .452in valve stem hole. From what I can tell my wheels are the Lion model but only have a 5 lug pattern making it a 5-4.5, trailer says rim is 15J on the Tire and loading Information plate I only see a 6 lug pattern for the Lion model on the web page. Can you tell me if the sensors will fit this valve stem hole

I can tell you that the Lionshead 15" 5 lug wheels that we carry, like the # LH34FR, do use the standard .453" valve stem hole. It sounds like the Ford TPMS sensors are made to fit the same standard size valve stem hole, in which case they will work together with your wheels just fine. The .453" hole is very standard so it makes sense that Ford would also make their sensors to this standard.
