The Replacement Brushed Chrome Brackets for AirrForce RV Ceiling Fan with Light # 277-000399 are the only bracket option we currently offer, but you could still paint them black if you can't find a suitable replacement elsewhere. As for adding a light, that would depend entirely on the whether or not the fan has an attachment point to add in a light, which it likely doesn't. Your best bet would be to just pick up a new ceiling fan with a built in light from your local hardware store, just make sure you choose the correct fan (12v or 120v) depending on the power source you have for the current fan.
