I have some options that allow you to tow a 5th wheel trailer with a flatbed, but we'll have to use some alternative methods since there aren't any base rails or legs for the Curt Q25 to be compatible with a flatbed like what you have on your GMC Kodiak.

The easiest solution is to use the Demco Recon # DM8550045 which clamps around a gooseneck hitch ball and converts to a 5th wheel connection. The only thing you really need to check for your setup is that there's enough room for the base to fit in the recessed portion of your bed. The base of the Recon measures 30" wide and 28" long which you can see in the attached diagram.

If you don't have enough space for the base then we need to look at using the B&W Companion for Flatbed Trucks # BWRVK3050 which installs into the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1500 that will need to be fabricated into your bed after your current gooseneck hitch is removed (if you don't already have this hitch installed).
