Generally running boards like the Aries Oval Nerf Bars w/ Custom Installation Kit # AA4445024 have 300lb static weight capacity. Realistically though the running boards are going to be stronger than the rocker panel that they mount to so the capacity of the rocker panel is the better thing to check.
