I was able to find an online reference to the axle part number you provided, NW27195, but this part is no longer offered by the original manufacturer and no substitute has been officially authorized.

We do offer 60-inch axles rated for 2000-lbs. All can be seen on the link provided. For example, part # 20440I-EZ-60 uses EZ-Lube spindles and idler hubs with a 4-on-4 bolt pattern and is suited for 8-12-inch wheels. This axle is intended for use with bearing # L44649, race # L44610 and grease seal 10-60, part # RG06-020.

If you want to use your existing hubs and wheels on the new axle you will need to match up the bearing numbers now on the trailer. You will also need to know the trailer GVW (gross vehicle weight), hub face-to-hub face measurement, wheel bolt pattern and the locations of the spring seats. These all must match your existing axle.

The linked article will help you identify your bolt pattern.
