This is a problem I am all to aware of and it really comes down to class C motor homes like yours being a bad design but there are ways to greatly improve the ride quality.
I would start by adding the Front # SSF-106-47 and Rear # SSR-106-54-1 SumoSprings on your 2019 Ford E-350 chassis. These will help to reduce the amount of sag on the suspension and improve the body roll you are feeling. With these you can also install the Front # RM-1139-176 and Rear # RM83ZR sway bars. The front works as a replacement while the rear adds a sway bar. These are much stronger than anything Ford would put on and will also help to make the ride more stable. Finally the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM47MR will reduce wandering and rut tracking you likely feel.
The combination of all these will make it feel like you are driving a completely different vehicle. If you are not ready to put all these on at once I recommend first doing the SumoSprings, then the Steering Stabilizer and finally the sway bars.
