How Much Air Pressure Should Be in a Trailer Tire

I have 4.80/4.00 2ply tire .how much air you can into tire

You always want to inflate trailer tires to their max tire pressure listed on the side of the tire, otherwise the tire does not have its full weight capacity and can build excessive heat and fail.
I would recommend you check the sidewall of your tire to determine what the max psi is and inflate the tire to it.
The Kenda Tire # AM10004 that you referenced has a 90 psi rating so that is what it would need to be inflated to, but your tire might be different.
