Is Cutting Require to Install a Trailer Hitch Receiver on a Nissan Murano

Question:

Do I have to cut the bumper to make this fit or does this hide behind the lic plate? Is there any picture or this mounted that I can see how it looks? Thanks

I've attached a picture of the Draw-Tite Max-Frame, part # 75148, on a 2007 Nissan Murano for you. As you can see, it installs under the rear bumper. No cutting or drilling is requried for the install. I've also attached an install video.
