Troubleshooting Original Tekonsha Prodigy Brake Controller Making Jerking Motion When Braking
Question:
I have an original Prodigy and when I try to increase the level of braking above level 2, unless I time the braking just right, when I come to a full stop and have to feather the brake pedal, the brakes do this off/on jerking back and forth deal. Does the Prodigy 3 eliminate/decrease any of this? Thanks.

Not really, normally this happens when the boost is set too high. However, seeing as yours is not even set to 2 I'd recommend lowering the power/gain setting down one level and see if that fixes it.
You'll want to adjust this in small increments so you're not shoring yourself on braking power.
