Vehicle suspensions are built with comfort in mind and put much less stress on a bike rack, whereas RV suspensions are a lot less sophisticated and will bounce a lot causing a lot of stress on the bike rack. Over time this stress can cause the bike rack to break down so it's important to get a bike rack that's been tested for use on an RV to avoid destroying your bike rack.

The Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY66ZR you were looking at is only rated for vehicle use and wouldn't be good for for your Airstream Motorhome. If you can give me some more info on your bikes (weight, tire size, carbon frame?, does it have fenders, etc.) I'd be more than happy to look for a compatible rack for your needs.
