Adding Brake Assemblies To A Small Teardrop Trailer

Hi, ive been chating with Kevin in the past days regardin the projet off buying your brakes system to me traile it is beeing build. i was wonering ig you can send me a direct quotation regarding the informatio below, or if i have to put all te parts toguether on the web. Im interested on the brake+drums+controler. ALso, i think you have a kit with the full axcel is that right? thanks: data of the trailer: tear Trailer. 0ne axel, 800 kg when loaded, r15 wheels, probably 6x139.7 r 15. Hi,
Based on the pictures you've provided I can see that you have no brake flange so you'd have no way on installing brake assemblies. With smaller trailers like the one you have pictured it's typically a very low weight so no brake assemblies are even needed. Idk exactly what kind of suspension you have on there but it's not an axle so you would need to see if there is a different spindle with a brake flange that you can bolt onto it, remove it and weld on some hangers and install an axle and leaf spring suspension, or go with a Timbren Axle-Less Suspension like part # A35RS545E.
Once you have something in place that you can bolt a brake assembly to we can then determine what components are needed/compatible. The Tekonsha POD Trailer Brake Controller # 39523 would be fine, but it is a time-delayed brake controller so it's not as comfortable as using a proportional controller. Let me know what you think and we can go from there.
