Is There Titan Diamond Tire Chains that Fit 265/60R18 and 265/70R16

Question:

2016 GMC Canyon SLT 265/60/R18 265/70/R16 Spare I have purchased couple sets of Titan Diamond TC# Square-link chains TC2318 and TC2327 for my other vehicles and prefer them over the lt-duty roller cable chains. My tire size is 265/60R18 but I cannot locate Titan Diamond chains for my vehicle. My spare is 265/70R16 same dia and width, and it says that TC2524 is the correct size for that tire. However, it does not list my 265/60R18 as a compatible wheel. Were talking a slight difference in sidewall height and rim size, but overall, the spare is the same size as the OEM wheel. Are TC2524 the correct Titan Diamond square chains to purchase for my 2016 GMC Canyon? If not, can you technically explain why? So far, my only other Titan options are TC2228 Ladder, and TC741DC Diamond rollers, but TC2524 seems to be better fit in for medium duty between those two options.

The two sizes you mentioned of 265/60R18 and 265/70R16 are incredibly close dimensionally. The widths of both are 10.4 inch and the diameter is within .1 of an inch with the 16 inch wheel size being the bigger of the two. What that says to me is that the # TC2524 probably would fit and worse case scenario you could use tensioners like # TCMA2 to take up any potential slack.

Sometimes the reason for fit exclusions that are this close is the actual wheel diameter and how close the lip of the wheel would be to the chains once installed which would create potential for the chains to scratch or scuff them up.
