Correct Replacement Lift Motor for a MaxxFan Roof Vent
Question:
I have a Maxxair fan in our 2021 Alliance 340RL. The vent lid stopped opening or closing unless I move it manually for a turn or two, then the motor will work to finish opening or closing. This happens usually if the fan is not used for a day or two. Could this be a weak motor that needs replacing? Thanks!

That sounds like your lift motor is going, so you'll want to replace it. If you have the 00-4501K, MA00-04500K, MA00-07000K, or MA00-07500K, then the correct replacement lift motor is the Replacement Lift Motor for Maxx Fan Plus Roof Vent # MA10-20270.
