Is the 60 cone shape standard for wheels?

Yes, the 60-Degree angle of the 1/2"-20 DeeMaxx Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # DE93GR is standard for the vast majority of trailer wheels out there.
There are some 90-Degree cone shapes but these are typically for 5/8" and 9/16" wheel bolts so you don't have to worry about that.
