Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control TT Leg Not Extending

I have the Lippert TT Ground Control version and one of the legs isn't extending how it should. What do I do?

If one of the legs isn't acting like it should on your Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System # LC672136 then it means there's either an issue with the electronics or an issue with the gearbox/motor.
Use a circuit tester to ensure that power is getting to the gearbox/motor. If you don't see power then something is wrong with your wiring and you'll need to get that fixed, but if you do see power then it sounds like your gearbox/motor is damaged and needs to be replaced with the Kit # LC656216.
