2014 minnie winnie 31k....what pressure should my firestone air ride be set at ...full load 14,500 lbs

The amount of pressure will be based on what gives you the optimal balance between support and ride quality so it's going to be up to you to experiment with different pressures and find what you like the best. Typically a good starting point is to inflate the bags to the point the suspension sag is mostly gone and then experiment from there with more and less.
