The 7KTrailer Hub and Drum Assembly # LC53UD uses standard 12" hub and drum parts so as long as your Kaufman EZ4 trailer has the 25580 inner bearing, 14125A outer bearing, has a grease seal with a 2.25" inner diameter, and uses an 8 lug bolt pattern you'll be all set.
Attached is an installation video so you can see what all is entailed in removing the old hub and getting the new one installed.
