As long as your Chevy Trailblazer has load bars that go from side to side on the roof of the vehicle that are less than 3-1/8 inches wide and 1-7/8 inches tall then the Swagman Upright Roof Mounted Bike Rack, item # S64720, will work on your vehicle.
