Can The 2-1/2" Hitch Receiver # BP82FR Bolt to Combination Pintle Hitch w/ 2-5/16" Ball # BP38FR?

Will these holes match up to the buyers products 15 ton combo pintlex2-5/16 ball combo hitch you sell? Thanks in advance!

The holes on the Buyer's Products Bolt-On 2-1/2" Hitch Receiver # BP82FR are spread 3-1/2" vertically and 3-3/8" horizontally. And the Buyers Products 15 Ton Combination Pintle Hitch w/ 2-5/16" Ball # BP38FR has the mounting holes spread 1-3/4" vertically and 3-5/16" horizontally. So to attach them together you would have to create some type of adapter plate between them.
