You'll need to use the Curt Rambler Non-Binding Tow Bar # C26FR for the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit # C64ER on your 2021 Ford Ranger.
I've attached videos of both parts being used on a 2021 Ranger for your reference.
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
