Does The Camco RV Countertop Extension Need A Backing Board For More Mounting Support
Question:
Camco oak accents, countertop extension Does this product need to have some backing support on the inside of the cabinet it is being installed on? I want to purchase is to put in my Jayco travel trailer. The cabinet underneath the sink is just a piece of basically plywood. Wondering if I need to put a small piece of wood on the inside of the cabinet to support the countertop extension

The Camco Oak Accents RV Countertop Extension # CAM43421 can be installed on the factory cabinets without a backing board, but I personally would install a backing board and use some longer screws to make sure that extension doesn't rip out of the plywood if I put too much weight on it.
